Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety with the exception of prescriptions taken in prescribed doses; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 4) Maintain full-time employment, schooling or a combination of both; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by the Department of Corrections; 7) Submit a DNA sample and pay surcharge. Lukas John Brenneman, 30, Stanley, Possession with Intent to Deliver/Distribute a Controlled Substance On or Near a Park, Second and Subsequent Offense on 9/28/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison system for seven (7) years. Four (4) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision, concurrent with his current sentence. The Court orders conditions of extended supervision. Conditions are: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Pay $140 to the Metro Drug Unit; 3) AODA and follow through; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 6) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) DNA sample. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for a period of two and a half (2.5) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Mental health assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) AODA and follow through; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 6) No contact with K.H.; 7) No contact with R.N. except for child exchange; 8) Maintain fulltime employment unless agent feels it is inappropriate; 9) Pay $340 in restitution to R.N. at a rate that is reasonably determined by the agent; 10) Fifty (50) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 11) Ten (10) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing March 27 by 5:00 p.m.; 12) Pay court costs; 13) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 14) Submit to DNA sample. The $80 held in evidence shall be returned to K.H. and restitution will not be owed. The defendant has one (1) days sentence credit if revoked. Jail condition is imposed on count 5.

Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) AODA and follow through; 4) Submit to random PBT and pay for the same; 5) Maintain fulltime employment; 6) No operating a motor vehicle unless it is equipped with IID; 7) Pay $1200 fine plus court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit to DNA sample; 10) Spend one hundred twenty (120) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing immediately. Thirty-two (32) month license revocation and Ignition interlock for period of revocation. Counts 2 – $150 fine plus costs, total $479 to be paid by 04-07-2023 or 9 days jail for failure to pay.
