Kristine Marie Woellner, 30, Merrill, possession of methamphetamine as a repeater on 6/27/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Seek and maintain fulltime employment, schooling or treatment as directed by the agent; 5) Provide DNA sample; 6) Pay court costs; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Six (6) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court. Dalton James Bird, 30, Oshkosh, 1st degree recklessly endangering safety as a repeater and vehicle operator flee/ elude officer as a repeater on 10/16/20, Guilty plea, The defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of thirteen (13) years. That is eight (8) years initial confinement followed by five (5) years of extended supervision. The execution of the sentence is stayed, and the defendant placed on probation DOC for five (5) years. Count 2 – Court sentences defendant to thirty (30) days Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, court finds that the defendant has thirty (30) days sentence credit and deems the sentence time served. The court imposes costs on this count and orders them to be paid during the period of probation in count 1.
