Benjamin Glenn Gendron, 36, Vulcan MI., Possession of Narcotic Drugs (Heroin) on 7/30/20, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Pay court costs; 5) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 6) Provide DNA sample 7) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; Defendant shall be given 18 days jail credit if revoked.

Randall A. Kinas, 38, Manitowoc, operating while revoked on 10/10/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Costs, total $443 to be paid by 05-13-2023 or 9 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
Lamar P. Baucum, 39, Manitowoc, endanger safety/ use/ dangerous weapon on 11/8/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, The recommendation is for 12 months’ probation w/ 30 days jail imposed and stayed. The Court orders $200 fine plus costs, total $705 to be paid by 05-15-2023 or 14 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. The court does not order the firearm to be returned to the defendant. The court will give the registered owner, 30 days to go to the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office to have the firearm returned to them w/ proof that it belongs to him. If no arrangements are made in that timeframe, the firearm can be destroyed. Expungement is not ordered.
Michael R. Botwright, 38, Hilbert, operating while revoked on 12/29/22, Guilty plea, $100 fine plus costs, total $579 to be paid by 05-15-2023 or 12 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
