Christopher L. Springstube, 42, Denmark, OWI (4th) on 11/26/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA and follow through; 3) Provide DNA sample; 4) Pay $600 fine plus court costs and blood draw fee; 5) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 6) Six (6) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing forthwith, the court authorizes transfer of the jail sentence to Brown County. Higgins38, Sheboygan, throw/ discharge bodily fluid at public safety worker as repeater, OWI (3rd) w/ passenger under 16 years old and misdemeanor bail jumping on 1/4/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA and follow through; 3) Pay $1200 fine plus costs and blood draw fee; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, job search or combination subject to agent’s approval; 5) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 6) Submit to a DNA sample; 7) Spend one hundred twenty (120) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing forthwith (count 3 only). The court finds that the defendant has 22 days sentence credit. The court will allow 30 days for the defendant to talk with counsel and file a motion if she feels she is entitled to more credit. The defendant will be subject to a four (4) year license revocation and period of Ignition Interlock Device.
