Count 6 – NO CONTEST plea to the charge of issue of worthless checks. Convicted Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions are the same as in count 1, with the exception of no imposed and stayed jail time on count 6. All remaining counts are dismissed and read in on State’s motion. Probation is to commence immediately.

Jania Amil January, 20, Manitowoc, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 3/19/22, Guilty plea, $150 fine plus costs, total $742.00 to be paid by 05-17-23 or 15 days jail for failure to pay. The court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon payment of fine, successful completion of probation sentence in Brown County case 21CF812, and completion of 25 hours of community service and that the defendant has no other law violations.
