The City of Two Rivers has announced that its annual utility shut-off moratorium will end on April 15th.
Each year, the city disallows the disconnection of power from homes during the winter months.
The council tells the public that any customers with past due balances can avoid having their utilities disconnected by making payments on past due amounts.
The Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) can provide bill payment assistance for utility costs for income-eligible residents.
