In Boys High School Baseball on Friday, Manitowoc Lincoln kept visiting Green Bay Southwest scoreless in recording back-to-back shutouts at Municipal Field.
The Ships, now 6 and oh overall, 4 and oh in the FRCC, swept the Trojans in a doubleheader by scores of 4 nothing in the opener and 14-zip in the nightcap.
Brayden Steinbecker and Evan Deicher combined on a 1-hitter in the first game while Noah Wech and Trenton Ducat gave up just 2 hits in game-2.
Wech collected a total of 5 hits in the twinbill including a triple, a double and 2 RBI while Evan Vogt added 2 hits in each game including a pair of doubles.
Steinbecker and Gavin Lettenberger both hammered 3 runs homers in the second game.
Lincoln is scheduled to host Ashwaubenon tomorrow afternoon.
