The Two Rivers Police Department has announced three promotions.
Chief Ben Meinnert says Andrew Raatz has been promoted from Lieutenant to Captain, while Robert Wandrie moves from Patrol Sergeant to Patrol Lieutenant and Jacob Glaeser steps up from Patrol Lieutenant to Detective Lieutenant.
The promotions will be made official at the City Council meeting today (April 17th).
