Antonio L. Booker, 27, Manitowoc, manufacture/ deliver schedule I, II narcotics on 5/5/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years’ probation. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 3) Pay $125 to the Metro Drug Unit; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescription drugs taken as prescribed; 5) Spend one (1) year in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. Defendant has one (1) day sentence credit.

The defendant is currently on probation and does have a prior criminal record, the court will not permit expungement.

Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescription medication taken as prescribed; 3) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, job search or combination; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 5) No contact with Meijer stores; 6) Thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court (count 1 only); 7) Provide DNA sample; 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC.
