Manitowoc Lincoln had 7 first-place finishers last night in an FRCC Quadrangular Track and Field Meet at Rubick Municipal Field.
De Pere took both ends of the co-ed meet with 81 points in the Girls’ division and 132 points for the Boys’ events that also involved Sheboygan South and Pulaski.
The Lincoln boys were 2nd with 59 points and the Ships girls were 3rd with 64 points.
Event winners for Manitowoc were Audrey Rabitz in the 800-meter run, Elijah Cornell in the 400-meter dash, Caleb Jatczak in the 800, Lexi Brey-300 meter Hurdles, Maria Kraynek in the Shotput, Isaac Merten-Triple Jump, and the Girls 4 x 400 Relay of Tessa Campbell, Breanna Jansky, Hallie Schroeter, and Brey.
Manitowoc Lutheran Track and Field Teams competed at Hilbert Monday in a Big East North Division Meet.
The Lancers finished 2nd to team champion St. Mary Catholic in both divisions: 133 to 130.6 on the girls’ side and 121 to 109.5 in the 7-school boys’ competition.
Lutheran had 2 first place winners, both in the girls’ division, from Lizzy Kolar in the 1600-meter run and Taylor Schuettpelz in the 400-meter dash.
