A Manitowoc man arrested three times in 2021 for domestic violence is once again facing charges.
Officers were dispatched to a residence in Manitowoc at around 8:00 p.m. on April 21st on a report of a man and woman screaming.
The officers spoke with the woman who said that the 29-year-old man had fled the residence after striking her.
The victim told officers that she and the suspect had been drinking when they got into an argument.
At some point in that argument, the suspect allegedly punched the victim and fled the scene.
The two had previously been in a relationship, but she had left him following the previous domestic violence incidents.
Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Battery, each with domestic violence enhancers, have been filed against the man, who at last word had not been arrested.
