For secretly recording intercourse with women, a former prosecutor in northwest Wisconsin faces ten years in prison.
Daniel Steffen, a former assistant district attorney for Burnett County, was found guilty by a jury of all three charges of capturing an intimate representation yesterday.
Investigators claim Steffen made the sex tapes covertly using his iPad.
These tapes included one with the woman Steffen was suing at the time.
She said they had sex so she could get a break on her case.
When Steffen is sentenced, he might spend ten years in prison.
