Miles Wallace Lesperance, 50, Manitowoc, possession of child pornography (2-counts) on 3/4/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of eight (8) years. That’s three (3) years initial confinement followed by five (5) years extended supervision on each count, concurrent. Conditions of Extended Supervision: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 2) Undergo psycho-sexual evaluation and follow through; 3) No contact with minors without agents approval; 4) Use of internet enabled devices only at the discretion of the agent; 5) Pay court costs, as well as $500 child pornography surcharge, per count, for a total of $1000; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide DNA sample 8) Comply with all Sex Offender Registry requirements; Defendant is found not eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program, and is found eligible for Substance Abuse Program.

Garza, 48, Manitowoc, resisting or obstructing an officer on 8/23/21, Guilty plea, Court sentences defendant to two (2) days Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, the defendant has two (2) days sentence credit which is time served. Court imposes costs of $443 to be paid by 06-24-2023 or 8 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
