A 36-year-old Manitowoc man will spend the next five years on probation in connection to a Child Sex Abuse Incident that occurred last year.
Jordon J. Kittel pled guilty to two counts of having a child under the age of 18 listen to or view sexual activity.
Other charges were dropped but read into the record at sentencing earlier this month.
The victim stated to authorities last summer that Kittel had shown her pornographic material inappropriately and had asked her to cuddle with him.
She added that made her feel very uncomfortable and that she would wait for him to fall asleep so she could leave.
Conditions of Probation include that Kittel has no contact with the victim or anyone under the age of 18, that he complies with the statewide Sexual Registry Program, and maintains full-time employment.
