A Green Bay man is facing charges following a Sunday afternoon crash in Pulaski.
The Pulaski Police Department reports that they were called to the intersection of Highway 32 and County Trunk B at around noon on a report of a two-vehicle crash.
Initial investigations revealed that a 57-year-old Green Bay area man was traveling north on Highway 32 when he entered the roundabout at the intersection.
He then allegedly lost control of his vehicle and entered the southbound lane and struck a vehicle.
The two adults and four children in the second vehicle all sustained non-life-threatening injuries, but two of the occupants had to be taken to a hospital for further medical attention.
