Bail is set at $500 cash for a 54-year-old Manitowoc man after he allegedly showed explicit images to a child.
Scott K. Seal has been officially charged with exposing a child to harmful materials.
Police received a call from the victim over the weekend who told them they had ridden with Seal to Two Rivers the week before.
He allegedly showed them nude photos of women and girls along with making inappropriate comments which included asking the victim if they wanted to be in adult films.
Seal did show officers an app that he used to hide the pictures and videos but denied ever showing them to the child.
Conditions of bail are that Seal have no contact with the victim and anyone under the age of 18 with the exception of his children.
He remains in The County Jail with his Initial appearance scheduled for May 15th at 1:30 p.m.
