Bail is set at $500 cash for a 37-year-old Manitowoc woman following a fatal overdose death at her home over the weekend.
Sylvia C. Richmond is charged with Possession of Fentanyl with intent to deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police were summoned to a residence on Green Street late Saturday afternoon where they located a deceased male in the basement.

She also told police that after waking up Saturday afternoon, she found the man dead in her bathroom.
A search of Richmond’s home uncovered a digital scale, a glass vial containing the drugs and various items of drug paraphernalia.
The victim’s name is not being released at this time as the investigation into his death continues.
Conditions of bail are that Richmond have “no contact” with any known drug dealers or users and maintain “absolute sobriety.”
She remains in The County Jail with her initial appearance scheduled for May 22nd at 1:30.
