Additional charges are expected to be filed against a 35-year-old Manitowoc man accused of sexually assaulting a child.
The female victim met with authorities last week saying that there were seven separate incidents where he touched her inappropriately or was forced to touch him, but was worried that if she came forward that he would get into trouble and get mad if she said anything about their “secret”.
He was taken into custody at his home Tuesday and has denied any wrongdoing.
The only charge he currently faces is Repeated Acts of Sexual Abuse of the same child.
He’s scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at 12:45 this afternoon (May 18th).
