A preliminary hearing scheduled this week for a 19-year-old Green Bay man accused of threatening students at Manitowoc Lincoln High School, has been delayed.
The defense for Christian Dakota Lueneburg has filed successful paperwork in asking for a substitution of judge and a new date will be assigned once a new judge is assigned to the case.
It was to be heard by Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Jerilyn Dietz.
An investigation began on May 8th by Manitowoc Police and school administrative staff when they were notified of two victims beingĀ threatened by Lueneburg, which included him bringingĀ a firearm onto school grounds.
He was arrested on May 9th. Charges include making terrorist threats, stalking, bail jumping and two counts of unlawful communication.
Luenenburg remains in The County Jail on $75,000 cash bail.
