Wisconsin has issued a severe spongy moth warning.
The moths formerly known as gypsy moths appear to be having a bad year, according to the Department of Natural Resources.
The bugs can and will kill trees by robbing them of their leaves.
According to the DNR, the moth prefers the trees oak, birch, crabapple, aspen, and willow.
