Green Bay Police say that the female driver killed in a crash last month at The Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge has been identified as 39-year-old Randi Van Lanen of Green Bay.
Police say that a vehicle driven by Van Lanen left the roadway just before the bridge in the 100 block of Main Street in the early evening of May 6th.
Her body was found inside the vehicle, and both were recovered from the river.
The Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office is ruling Van Lanen’s cause of death as drowning and no additional details will be released as the investigation into the crash remains active pending further medical testing.
