State Senator Andre Jacque is receiving the “State Legislator of the Year” award from the Wisconsin State Fire Chiefs Association (WSFCA) this Friday for his efforts in promoting public safety.
The WSFCA is holding its 95th annual conference this Thursday through Sunday at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells.
This includes class sessions that officers can attend, raffles, and a presidential dinner on Sunday, the 24th, followed by multiple awards including Jacque’s achievement, the Chief of the Year Award, and the Safety Section’s Safety Leadership Award.
Jacque tells Seehafer News, “I’m very, very honored to receive that. Certainly, working for public safety has been at the forefront of a lot of my legislative efforts.”
Andre Jacque says he will continue to support public safety throughout Wisconsin and thanks the WSFCA for this award.
