Sheboygan County law enforcement authorities have identified the man killed last weekend in a wrong-way crash in the Town of Lyndon.
69-year-old Scott K. Hartenberger of Kiel died at the scene when his vehicle collided head on with a second unit on State Highway 57 near County Road N.
The collision occurred just before 11:00 Saturday night and also resulted in serious injuries to the other driver, a female from Cedar Grove.
A news release from the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office showed Hartenberger was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of 57 at the time of the crash.
The female whose name was not released was transported by ambulance to Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.
