Juan Paz Flores, 29, Manitowoc, 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, drive/ operate vehicle w/o consent as repeater and vehicle operator flee/ elude as repeater on 4/16/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, count 1: The Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison system for ten (10) years. Five (5) months initial confinement followed by five (5) years extended supervision. This sentence will be served consecutive to any other sentence he is currently serving. Count 3: The defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison system for seven (7) years. Five (5) months initial confinement followed by two (2) years extended supervision, concurrent with count 1. The Court orders conditions of extended supervision. Conditions are: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Seek and maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination to equal fulltime; 3) Pay court costs; 4) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 5) Submit DNA sample and pay for the same. The Court finds the defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program. Defendant is to be given 31 days credit. Count 2: Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years consecutive to all other sentences. The conditions of probation are the same as the conditions of extended supervision in counts 1 and 3. The defendant’s license will also be revoked for a period of six (6) months on count 3.

Dionta Bratcher, 29, Chicago, theft movable property as party to a crime (3-counts) on 2/5/23, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Court sentences defendant to six (6) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, on each count, concurrent with each other, commencing forthwith. Court imposes costs of $1003 to be paid by 08-13-2023 or 20 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. The court finds that the defendant has 128 days sentence credit.
Mariah J. Keller, 44, Two Rivers, neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) on 7/18/22, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for one (1) year. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Mental health assessment and follow through if requested by the agent; 3) Seek and maintain fulltime employment; 4) Provide DNA sample; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC.
