Downtown Two Rivers saw a special addition made to the newly installed Schmitt Brothers Stage.
New decorative panels have been added across the back of the stage in Central Park West.
The panels were creatively designed and fabricated by Two Rivers High School Manufacturing Students with help from their Technology Education teacher Justin Casper.
The design of waves and stars is said to represent the waves of Lake Michigan and the stars of the night sky.
The City of Two Rivers says they are “pleased to feature the design and manufacturing skills of our local Two Rivers students to give a true Two Rivers feel and look to the new stage”.
A final stage dedication event is set to take place at noon on July 15th with food and music as well as a Park Dedication the following day also starting at noon.
The park dedication will feature food, bounce houses, and live music from The Spicy Tie Band and the Lakeshore Wind Ensemble.
