A 27-year-old Milwaukee man had his bail set in Manitowoc at $5,000 cash after being accused of chasing a victim with a handgun.
Marquise T. Lipsey is facing charges of Disorderly Conduct with a Domestic Violence enhancer as a repeat offender, two counts of Felony Bail Jumping, and Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
Lipsey allegedly got into an argument at the Southfield Townhouses in Manitowoc at around 12:45 pm Sunday with a victim whom he was ordered to have no contact with and then chased them with a handgun.
Conditions of bail include no contact with the victim or any premises they occupy.
Lipsey is due back in court on July 10th at 1:30 pm.
