A Manitowoc resident is facing charges for Exposing a Child to Harmful Material after having inappropriate conversations over text with a minor and having intercourse with another person in the same vicinity as the victim.
Emma N. Brunner received a bail of $1,000 signature bond when she cooperated with officers and confessed, claiming she believed the victim was “passed out” while the two had sex.
Conditions of bail include absolute sobriety and no contact with the victim or any relations with minors.
Brunner is due back in court on August 7th at 1:30 pm.
