According to prosecutors in Racine, a tragic shooting that occurred last month has been determined to be rooted in domestic violence.
Investigators have revealed that Tracy Scott, a 62-year-old individual, shot his daughter’s boyfriend following a series of fights and allegations of abuse.
Scott now faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide and possession of a firearm by a felon for the incident that took place on June 2nd.
After the shooting, Racine Police reported that Scott fled to Pennsylvania, but his escape came to an end when he was apprehended late last month.
