Two People Killed in Traffic Crash in Allouez

Two people died last night in a traffic crash in the village of Allouez. The Brown County Sheriff’s Department reports a 21-year-old Green Bay man was northbound on Webster Avenue when he collided with a car driven by a 28-year-old Green Bay area man turning eastbound onto Allouez Avenue from Webster Avenue. The second driver was pronounced dead at the scene along with a passenger in the first car. A power pole broke off during the crash, causing a power outage in the area. Four people were brought to area hospitals with one patient in critical condition. Identities of the victims are being withheld pending family notification. The accident happened about 20 minutes before midnight.
