Crash on Main Street in Green Bay Causes Building Damage

A car crashed into a Green Bay building Sunday night causing a partial building collapse and injuries to the driver and a passenger. The driver was a 20-year-old Green Bay woman and her passenger was a 27-year-old Oneida man. Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The woman’s minivan crashed into the Main Street Commons in the 1200 block of Main Street, causing a portion of the façade to fall from the building. Initial reports by witnesses indicated reckless driving as a cause of the crash. The investigation continues and traffic is being rerouted around the crash site.
