We have two notices of road closings from the Manitowoc County Highway Department.
Commissioner Greg Grotegut says the paving project on County Trunk XX from I-43 to Dairyland Drive will begin on Thursday, August 3rd.
The I-43 on and off ramps will be accessible, but the hard road closure will happen east of the northbound on and off ramps from Monday to Wednesday, August 7th-9th, depending on the weather.
Also, the village of Valders will have railroad crossing maintenance starting Monday, July 31st at 7:00 a.m. Liberty Street, which is also County Trunk J, will be closed for the work, which is expected to be completed by Friday, August 4th.
