A yearly event in downtown Manitowoc is looking for help.
The Lakeshore Balloon Glow planned for Friday, August 18th needs volunteers to assist in several areas of the festival and must be 18 years of age or older.
Every year, the Balloon Glow illuminates hot air balloons on the Manitowoc riverfront with other family-friendly activities and vendors.
