That’s three (3) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision. This sentence to commence immediately. Execution of sentence is stayed and defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eight (8) years, consecutive to count 1. Conditions of probation are the same as the conditions of extended supervision in count 1. COUNTS 3-17 – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of six (6) years. That’s three (3) years initial confinement followed by three (3) years extended supervision. Execution of sentence is stayed and the defendant is placed on probation to DOC for five (5) years, consecutive to count 1.
