Two Rivers hosted a season-opening Cross Country Invitational last (Thursday) night.
The Manitowoc Lincoln Boys placed 5th out of 13 complete teams, edging West De Pere on a tiebreaker after both tallied 136 points.
Caleb Jatczak led the Ships in 15th place with a time of 18 minutes 20 seconds.
Kohler was the team champion.
The Lincoln Girls also wound up 5th in their division with Notre Dame capturing the team title.
Sarah Bolchen was the Ships top runner in 21:20, good for an 11th-place finish.
Meanwhile, the Manitowoc Lutheran Boys finished 8th overall and the Lancers were paced by Ryder Vogt who was 22nd in a time of 18:42.
The Lutheran Girls placed 12th out of 15 complete teams and they were led by Selah Schulz who was 50th in 24:48.
