As day number 2 of the Manitowoc County Fair began to wind down Thursday night, youngsters showed their wares in the Junior Livestock Auction.
It was another year of tough competition for the kids with grand champions in five different categories.
Champion in the beef category was Allison Ash representing Prime Cuts… the buyer was Robinson Metal. The reserve champion was Vincent Wetenkamp also representing Prime Cuts.
In the poultry category, your champion was Sawyer Gill of Cato Future Farmers…the buyer was Jim’s Golf Cars of Reedsville. Reserve champion was Logan Kaderabek of Cato Future Farmers.
Your goat champion was Emma Davis representing Maribel Mighty Kids…the buyer was Northeast Cattle Company. The reserve champion was Allison Ash again representing Prime Cuts.
The winner in the Lamb category was Noah Lukasik. Reserve champion was Lindsay Pionek.
The champion hog was presented by Madisyn Staudinger. Reserve champion was Makayla Staudinger.
