The City of Manitowoc’s Community Development Authority is having a special meeting today (August 30th) to discuss three blighted properties.
A public hearing will be held to talk about properties in the 800 block of Memorial Drive and two others on E. Magnolia Ave.
The meeting is in the second-floor conference room at city hall beginning at 4:00 pm.
