A Manitowoc woman was arrested over the weekend after she allegedly harassed a man and flashed police officers.
The Manitowoc Police Department received a call from the Tobacco Outlet on Washington Street reporting a woman who made comments about harming someone’s family and stealing coffee.
The officers located the suspect in the 1000 block of South 22nd Street and approached the woman.
She then began rambling about various topics, including saying that “her mother is currently on the moon” and that “astronauts have their organs removed”.
She then flipped the bird to a passerby, and when asked to leave the man alone, the woman unzipped her sweatshirt and flashed the officers.
The woman then walked up to the front door of a residence and knocked, despite not knowing who lived there.
The resident spoke with police, noting that the suspect had been at his residence before and made a mess in his front yard.
The woman continued to cause a disturbance, so she was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
