Work is ongoing for a new exhibit at Manitowoc’s Lincoln Park Zoo.
According to the latest publication of “Zoo Nooz”, workers are currently renovating the former wolf yard to accommodate a close relative of the species: Coyotes.
Zoo staff and management recently reached an agreement to acquire 2 males from the Jacksonville Zoo.
The current arrival date for the newest additions to the Lincoln Park Zoo is September 28th.
A ribbon-cutting for the Coyote Exhibit is scheduled for Thursday, October 5th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
