The Girl Scouts of Manitou are seeking new members to join their cause.
For the past 111 years, the Girl Scouts have prepared girls to be leaders and equipped the next generation of female change-makers to learn new skills, knowledge, and experiences they can use for the future.
According to recent studies from the Girl Scout Research Institute, Girl Scout alums are more likely to be engaged in their communities, exhibit leadership attributes and hold management/leadership positions, and have strong character, courage, and confidence.
And of course, the cookie sales are just another benefit to joining the Girl Scouts.
Girls ages 5-18 are welcome to join.
