The City of Manitowoc Engineering Department has announced a downtown lane closure for a time this morning.
According to Greg Minikel, the southbound lane only on S. 8th Street is scheduled to be closed to traffic between Jay and Washington Streets today from approximately 8:00 a.m. until Noon.
Minikel explains the action is being taken to accommodate a crane/lift truck for cleaning windows on the Manitowoc County Human Services building.
