The city of Manitowoc is leasing a lot next to PetSkull Brewing Company to the brewery.
The common council approved the lease on Monday during their regular meeting.
Documents from Community Development Director Adam Tegan show that another group called 1015 Buffalo LLC group is expected to buy the property the city is leasing PetSkull, but until the brewery can use the space without needing approval for events from the Special Event Committee.
Tegan says city staff feel the lease is appropriate because it benefits the city and supports the activities of PetSkull Brewing.
