Property owners in Manitowoc who have unpaid special assessments will be automatically transferred to the tax roll on November 1st.
The city says property owners entitled to the installment payment plan will automatically be given the installment payment plan by the entry of installments plus interest on the tax roll.
Anyone with questions about the assessments is asked to call the Manitowoc City Clerk’s Office at 920-686-6950.
