A missing Green Bay man who might have been seen in Manitowoc was involved in a disturbance on September 6th.
Since then, Green Bay Police say Christopher Belanger has not been heard from since. He might have also received some injuries from the disturbance.
Police say Belanger was last known to be driving a silver Toyota Sienna Minivan with Wisconsin license plates that read AUA-2937. He’s 5’ 11’’ and weighs 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
