A Manitowoc man charged with retail theft and felony bail jumping got a $2,000 signature bond.
35-year-old Kevin C. Riegle allegedly tried to take a cart of items out of the Manitowoc Walmart without paying for them earlier this week.
He’s not allowed to have any contact with the Walmart and can’t step foot in the parking lot.
His initial appearance will be on Monday, October 16th.
