A $3,000 signature bond was set for a Manitowoc man accused of possession of psychedelics and drug paraphernalia.
41-year-old Kevin W. Luchsinger was allegedly caught with the materials in a backpack when police detained him outside of the Replayed Bar.
Conditions of bail include not possessing any controlled substances.
His initial court appearance is set for Monday, October 16th.
