Roncalli High School Class of 1983 celebrated its 40th anniversary and class reunion this summer.
Members of the class gathered to mark the occasion, including a tour of the high school, and made a generous donation of more than $5,000 to the school.
The donation was made in honor of five classmates who have since passed away.
They are Anne Kornely Reichard, Kimberly Rameker Bray, Heidi Zinda, Anthony Theisen, and David Gresl.
The gift also was given in appreciation of Roncalli faculty and staff and will be used to further enrich current employees.
Robert DeBroux stated on behalf of his classmates, “Our deepest thanks to Mr. (John) Stelzer (president of Roncalli Catholic Schools) and the entire Roncalli team for your tireless and loving service as disciples in helping young people fulfill their potential as lifelong learners in service to others.”
