Bail is set at $ 3,000 cash for an 18-year-old Manitowoc man whose accused of having sex with and underage person twice.
Fridman A. Lagos-Ramires is charged with two counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault. Police were called to Holy Family Memorial Hospital Sunday for a sexual assault report.
The victim said that the sex was consensual, however her mother decided to press charges as her child is under the age of 18.
After Lagos-Ramires spoke to police he was taken into custody and booked into the Manitowoc County Jail.
Conditions of bail are that he have “no contact” with the victim or anyone under the age of 18.
Lagos-Ramires remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for October 16th at 1:30 p.m.
