The new FedEx Distribution Center in Manitowoc is open for business.
The facility is located at the corner of Viebahn and South 42nd Street and is 218,000 square feet.
Setzer Properties, who worked closely with the city to build the center, upgraded the intersection at South 39th and Dewey Streets as part of the project.
The facility will hire about 80 new employees to work at the new building.
