The state finals in WIAA Boys Playoff Soccer have been chosen.
In Division 1, #1 seed Brookfield East defeated the #4 seed De Pere 4-nil while #3 Middleton beat #2 Marquette in a 5-4 shootout after the final at the end of regulation was 1-1.
The final game will be Brookfield East and Middleton for the state championship.
In Division 2, the final game will be West De Pere facing Union Grove after West De Pere beat the #1 Seed Waukesha West 3-2 in overtime while Union Grove beat DeForest 2-nil.
In Division 3, the co-op of #4 seed Belleville/New Glarus was able to defeat #1 Pius XI 3-nil while #2 Plymouth got the win over #3 Somerset 5-nil.
The Division 4 state championship game will see St. Mary Catholic take on Shoreland Lutheran after St. Mary took down Washburn/Bayfield 1-nil and Shoreland Lutheran beat Sheboygan Lutheran Christian 1-nil in overtime.
