The Big East Conference has released its Girls Volleyball all-conference teams.
First-team selections in the Red Division include the Manitowoc Lutheran duo of sophomore Marissa Mehlhorn and freshman Ava Stuebs, three players from St. Mary Catholic, and an athlete from Hilbert.
Among those players chosen to the 2nd team unit are: sophomore Abbie Behnke of Manitowoc Lutheran and seniors Christina Moyle of Mishicot and Mallory Novy of Reedsville.
Local athletes earning Honorable Mention include the Mishicot Indians combination of Julie Koeppel and Kaylee Hlinak along with Reedsville’s Mercedes Grimm.
Meanwhile, local players getting 1st team honors in the Blue Division are the Howards Grove trio of Player of the Year Olivia Baierl, Mallory Gozdziewski, and Kamryn Kaminski.
Elle Kennedy of the state runner-up Tigers is a 2nd team pick.
